1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing Markscheme.net, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations in the United States and the United Kingdom. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using this site.
2. Digital Downloads & Refunds
Our products are digital PDFs delivered via instant download. Please note:
- Final Sale: Under US and UK consumer laws (including the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015), you acknowledge that by accessing or downloading the digital content, you lose your right to a 14-day cancellation period. All sales are final.
- Defective Files: If a PDF is technically defective, we will provide a replacement within 48 hours of notification.
3. DMCA & Intellectual Property
Markscheme.net respects the intellectual property of others. If you believe any content on our site infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA Takedown Notice to our agent at dmca@markscheme.net.
Notice must include: your signature, identification of the copyrighted work, and your contact information.
4. User License
Purchasing a PDF grants you a personal, non-transferable license. You may not:
- Redistribute or resell the material.
- Upload the files to shared academic repositories (e.g., CourseHero).
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose.
5. Payments (Stripe)
All payments are processed via Stripe Hosted Checkout. We do not store card details. You are responsible for any foreign transaction fees applied by your bank if purchasing from outside your home currency.
6. Future Marketplace Transition
Currently, Markscheme.net is the sole seller of materials. We reserve the right to modify this platform into a multi-seller marketplace. Registered users will be notified 30 days prior to such a change taking effect.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware (for US residents) and the United Kingdom (for UK residents), without regard to conflict of law principles.
