How do I receive my documents?
Immediately after your Stripe payment is confirmed, you will be redirected to a download page. A secure link will also be sent to your email address.
Are the payments secure?
Yes. We use Stripe Hosted Checkout, meaning your payment data is encrypted and processed entirely on Stripe's secure servers. We never store your card details.
Can I get a refund?
As these are digital PDF products, all sales are final once the download link is accessed. Please review the document preview carefully before purchasing.
I didn't receive the email link.
Please check your "Junk" or "Spam" folder. If it's not there, contact us with your order number and we will manually resend it.
